We capture as many photos as possible during your session. After carefully screening and removing duplicates, similar shots, blurred images, poorly framed photos, unflattering angles, and other unusable captures, we select the best shots for final delivery. For a standard daytime session, you can expect a minimum of 50 fully edited images from a half-hour shoot. We don’t set a limit on the number of edited photos you will receive. The longer the session, the more photos we capture, ensuring that you get even more high-quality edited images.
If you would like to receive all the RAW files, please request this in advance, as it is available for an additional fee.
We accept PayPal and bank transfer.
To secure your booking, a 30% deposit is required (via PayPal or bank transfer). The remaining balance can be paid directly at the location at the end of the photo session, either in cash (preferred) or via PayPal. Please note that PayPal does not charge fees when sending money to friends and family within Italy from your bank account or PayPal balance. Additional fees may apply if the currency is converted or if the payment is sent to accounts in countries outside the European Union.
The session starts as soon as you meet the photographer. If you’ve booked car service, the session starts when the driver picks you up. If your location is far from the city center, travel time will be included in your session, and extra time may be needed to account for this. The first location on the itinerary is where the photoshoot kicks off.
You will receive your final images within 5 days after the balance payment is received, which must be settled immediately after the session. If you opt for expedited delivery, you’ll receive the photos within 24 hours after the shoot.
Choose attire that matches the setting. For park environments, casual clothing is ideal, while urban settings, like Rome or a hotel, can be paired with more formal outfits. Coordinate your colors without overdoing it, and pay attention to accessories to complement your partner’s look. Comfort is key! During summer, light colors and breathable fabrics are perfect—dresses for ladies and linen for men are great choices. Red dresses look stunning against Rome’s white marble, and purple adds a unique touch.
In case of rain, we can reschedule the session to a mutually agreed date/time, as long as we’re notified via email or WhatsApp at least 3 hours before the shoot begins. If rescheduling isn’t possible, we will refund your deposit.
If it’s your first photoshoot, feel free to check out our portfolio and Instagram for inspiration. You can also search online (Google or Pinterest) for ideas on poses and outfits. After booking, feel free to share reference images with us to help guide the shoot and give us inspiration for poses that align with your preferences.
Changing outfits adds variety to the photos. In a 1-hour session, you can use public restrooms for a quick change, but this may limit the number of photos we can take. Extending the session to 2 hours or using a minivan car service allows more flexibility, making outfit changes easier and giving us more time to shoot.
I lead a talented team of photographers and videographers, and we assign team members based on availability. We plan each session carefully to make sure everything is set up for the best possible results.
The optimal time for a photoshoot in Italy varies depending on the time of sunrise, sunset, and the specific location.
Early mornings are generally ideal for capturing flattering light, offering a quieter, crowd-free backdrop, especially at popular spots like the Trevi Fountain. However, shooting before daylight can mean some locations are still shaded by buildings or hills, which can result in softer, less vibrant lighting. This is a trade-off between a peaceful setting and the need for tighter framing to avoid bystanders.
Sunset is often considered the best time for photography, thanks to its warm, golden light, but it can cause unwanted shadows in some areas. For dramatic shots, shooting after sunset is another great option. The “blue hour,” about an hour after the sun sets, provides soft, ambient light perfect for capturing silhouettes or nighttime effects.
Ultimately, the ideal time depends on the location and the effect you want. Understanding how light interacts with the city and its landmarks is key to capturing the perfect shot. My team will be happy to assist you in choosing the best time for your photoshoot, ensuring you get the most beautiful lighting and the perfect setting for your photos.
Black and white photos are available as an additional option to the color images included in your session. All photos will be delivered in color by default; however, you can request black and white conversions as a separate add-on.
We’re based in Rome, but we’re available to do photoshoots all over Italy.
Yes, travel time is part of your photoshoot. As the photographer will be with you during travel, the time spent traveling to different locations is included in the total photography time.
Photos will be delivered online through a cloud transfer service. You’ll receive a link to download the high-resolution images once they’re ready. The cloud storage is temporary, but we can extend it if needed. Be sure to download your images as soon as possible once you get the link.
Absolutely! All photos are professionally edited as part of our exclusive post-production process. This includes enhancing framing, adjusting exposure, color, contrast, and white balance, as well as noise reduction and optimizing sharpness to ensure your images look their best.
We typically don’t alter backgrounds, add or remove objects, or modify physical traits. Advanced skin retouching is not included, but it can be requested through our Extra Retouching service.

The area around the fountain gets very crowded after 7 am, which makes it challenging to capture great photos. However, if you’d like a session at this location outside of these hours, you can request it for an additional fee.
Generally, it’s possible to change the route, but depending on our schedule, it may not always be feasible, especially if other sessions are planned around your original locations. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to ensure we can assist you.
If you’re running behind, please reach out to your photographer via WhatsApp or email to inform them. Keep in mind that if you arrive late, your photographer may have another session afterward, so extending your shoot may not be possible. To avoid any issues, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time, as traffic in busy areas can be unpredictable.
If you’re late, the time lost will not be added to your session, and you’ll only have the remaining time you originally booked.
If you’d like to continue your session and the photographer is available, you can request additional time for an extra charge.
The photographer captures many images in RAW format, which are then carefully curated and edited. However, if you’d like additional photos, you can request to purchase more.
Yes, you can gift a photoshoot to friends or family. Simply contact us via email with the recipient’s email address, and we’ll send them a personalized message with the details of the gift.
If you need to cancel for any reason, please contact us via email or phone. We offer a full refund of your booking fee if you notify us at least 7 days in advance of your scheduled photoshoot.
If you cancel within 7 days of the scheduled session, we will retain 50% of the booking fee, and the remaining balance will be refunded. The retained amount covers administrative and processing costs.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot are non-refundable.
For immediate communication with the photographer on the day of the photoshoot, we recommend using WhatsApp. It’s the most reliable and efficient method for real-time updates and messages. While emails can sometimes be delayed or end up in your spam folder, WhatsApp ensures instant communication. Please note, an internet connection will be required to use this service.
